| Buddy Dixon ~ Taxidermist Buddy Dixon is an award winning taxidermist, bringing home a ribbon in his first competition. He graduated from the Missouri Institute of Taxidermy in July 2005. Being an avid hunter and fisherman has allowed him the ability to study animals in the wild and to bring those experiences to his work. He specializes in game heads, waterfowl, fish, game birds and life-size mounts as well as habitat. When you are ready to have that special memory preserved come and see Buddy at Call of the Wild. |
| Kyle Dixon ~ Artist Kyle Dixon is an award winning artist. He grew up in a family of outdoors men and has a great fondness for the wildlife that inhabit the marshes, forest and ocean that surround us. He brings his love of the outdoors to life in each of his paintings. Kyle is an avid decoy and antique collector and a member of the Core Sound Decoy Carvers Guild, Core Sound Waterfowl Museum, Ducks Unlimited and the CCACC. |
| About Call of The Wild Wildlife Studio The name "Call of the Wild" comes from a saying owners Kyle and Buddy Dixon's father used whenever he wanted to sneak away and go hunting or fishing. He'd say "The Call of the Wild got me". If you love nature as they do, you've heard that call many times yourself. Brothers Buddy and Kyle decided to take that call to a new level. Kyle Dixon is an award winning wildlife artist, and Buddy Dixon is an award winning taxidermist. Call of the Wild Wildlife Studio is a unique experience.
