A self-taught wildlife artist, Kyle Dixon was inspired by the beauty of North Carolina, its people, wildlife and history. Kyle developed a love for art at a young age and has dedicated his talent to preserving a quickly fading lifestyle.

He has worked as a graphic artist since 1986 creating designs and logos for some of the largest events, organizations and companies in the country.

Several years back, Kyle turned his focus to the Wildlife of North Carolina and through his work has raised thousand's of dollars in the name of conservation.

He has won several awards for his depiction of wildlife including a Best of Show in 2006. Kyle is a founding member and the current president of the North Carolina Wildlife Artist Society, a member of the Core Sound Decoy Carvers Guild, Core Sound Waterfowl Museum, and is co-owner and operator of Call of the Wild Studio in his home town of Beaufort, NC. You can find his originals along with giclee reproductions on museum quality papers or stretched canvas in the studio. He also offers apparel and other gift items featuring his work including custom built home furnishings.

Kyle's work can also be found in private collections throughout the country.
